| ◆利用規約 |
| 当サービスにおける施術はお客様にリフレッシュして頂く事を目的としたものであり、医療行為・治療目的の施術は行いません。よって保険適応外の扱いとなります。国家資格師による医療行為（鍼灸・指圧・あんま・マッサージ）とは異なりますので、ご理解の上ご利用頂きますようお願い致します。また、当店は風俗店ではございません。回春行為等性的な類のサービスは一切行いません。 |
| ◆禁止事項 |
| 下記内容に該当する場合は、お客様にキャンセルのご意思があるものとみなし施術を中断・退出いたします。その際の料金は全額キャンセル料に充当いたしますので、ご返金は致しません。さらに当店が必要と判断した場合には、身分証明書ご提示のもと所轄警察署までご同行頂くこともございます。当該事項によって生じた損害は、損害賠償請求等の法的措置を取らせて頂きます。予めご了承下さい。 |

| ご病気をお持ちの方・ご妊娠中の方、またその可能性のある方は、必ずお申し出ください。 お客様の体調を考慮し施術内容を変更、または施術を控えさせていただく場合もございます。ご理解の程お願い致します。 体調が思わしくない場合を含め、訪問後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・返金には応じかねます。 予めご了承頂き、必ずご相談頂きますよう宜しくお願い致します。 また施術後に体調を崩された場合の返金・賠償等につきましては、当店では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。 万が一、施術による外傷（出血等）があった場合につきましては施術料金内での保証とさせて頂きます。 |
